When did you start drawing?
Um...let's see...I started drawing when I was a little kid, probably around 3 or so...I stopped for a few years, and then I got really interested again around the age of 16 or 17. Honestly though, I've always loved art. :3

Which hand do you use for drawing?
Left; with the exception of one day in some digital art class that I decided to attempt to draw some random picture, using only a computer mouse and my right hand. XD It actually didn't turn out half bad.....

Which is easier to draw - male or female?
Ehh...neither one's particularly "easier" than the other; both have their difficult aspects. For instance it's hard to get a man's muscles and a girls breasts, respectively, in proportion...or at least it was when I first started drawing.... I'd like to think I'm better at it overall now, though.

Which is easier to draw - long hair or short hair?
Generally hair isn't that hard to draw at all; unless it's in some wonked-out style, then the length doesn't matter much. XD

Is it easier to draw the head facing towards the right or the left?
I tend to draw heads facing towards the left, when I even bother drawing them turned at all...but right or left is equally easy (or difficult) if you ask me. : /

Is it easier to draw the side view of the face or the front view?
Front, usually. Unless I specifically want to show the detail of a character's ear, or something like that; in such cases, it's easier to focus on those details by drawing a side-view of their head. But, like I said, overall a frontal view is easier.

What do you have problems in drawing?
Hmm....certain poses, for example motion poses, tend to give me some trouble. Also, I usually fail at drawing hands in any way, shape, or form. >_<

What do you like to draw?
Eyes. I looove eyes. Faces in general, hair, and pretty/cool-looking clothes are also a lot of fun. :3 Other than that...flowers and a fair amount of blood...not necessarily combined. >.>

Are you a traditional artist or a digital artist?
I suppose I consider myself more of a traditional artist, in that I usually use traditional mediums. Although I do dabble in digital artistry from time-to-time, and I guess I can do passably well....

Where do you start drawing from?
Usually I start with the head, and then work my way down. A typical drawing for me goes something like: Head, hair, face body/arms, legs, upper clothing, lower clothing feet...and then hands, because I hate them...followed by all the minute details, shading, etc.... Sometimes, depending on my mood, I'll switch things up though...it all depends.

What is your drawing habit that you are aware of?
I tend to erase a lot, and also I sometimes get distracted while focusing on the small details.

Any tips for coloring/shading?
I suck at coloring/shading, but since you asked I'd say this:
1. Take your time; that picture's not going anywhere, and you'll find that the patience will pay off in the end.
2. Be mindfull of the lighting; if the light's in the wrong place it may not ruin the entire picture, but it'll probably make the whole thing look a bit off.
3. Make sure your colors look good together; they don't have to match, neccesarily, but make sure they convey whatever it is you're attempting in the particular picture.
4. Lastly, as with everything else in your art: HAVE FUN; if you don't enjoy what you're doing, it's bound to show up in your work, and likely not in a good way. : /

How long does it take to finish a piece of art?
Ehh...that depends upon a few factors; the picture, the medium, the effect I'm trying to convey, and my interest/time/commitment level all play into the ammount of time spent on any one work. Generally, a picture can take anywhere from an hour to a few days to complete.

What music do you listen to while you draw?
Usually I don't listen to anything specific while drawing, just whatever I happen to be listening to when inspiration strikes; that or sometimes nothing at all.

How long does it take you to come up with an idea?
Sometimes I'm just hit with an idea out of the blue, other times I'll be inspired by something I see or hear. Either way, the ideas tend to come to me almost instantaneously.

Your favorite drawing utensils?
I really like pencils. X3

Your favorite color/the color that you use a lot?
I tend to draw in black and white or grey a lot. I do love color in all its forms though, and when I choose to use it, it really depends on the overall mood of the picture what colors I choose.

Your favorite style(s)?
Generally, I love details. I like a gothic or darker style of art in a lot of things. Also, I love art that can be described as "pretty," for lack of a better word. I think Kuroshitsuji, by Toboso Yana, has some of the most beautiful art in manga that I've ever seen, honestly. I also love any artist that has a degree of originality to their works, and hence am in love with the art of Arakawa Hiromu. Other than manga or anime, I really love a flowy abstract look in paintings as well. Actually, I can honestly appriciate the differences between all different kinds of styles and I love them all for their individual merits. :3

What kind of artist are you aiming for?
Does this mean what kind am I, personally, aiming to be..or are wwe talking about target practise here?
Seriously though, I hope to be the kind of artist who everyone can appriciate as a true "artist," even if I'm not amazingly talented. I also want to be the kind of artist who is always changing and growing better in my art.
